How do I return an item?

Items purchased in netcomSmart can not be returned unless specified in the product description. This is because of the sensitivities of premium electronics and networking devices offered by netcomSmart.

Item specified as returnable can be returned when in original box with matching serial number and with no defect or usage marks. The item should also have all accessories and box content as it is was when shipped to the buyer from netcomSmart.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied (unless otherwise mentioned in the product description). The amount paid after deduction of restocking fee will be returned to the buyer through the same payment method the order was originally paid.
